I think I’m getting a bit stiff, lol I would never say old hahaha. Well,
How’s everyone doing? Just gonna drop this little piece for anyone who cares. Lately just been thinking and thinking and guess what? I guess I’m finally ready to move to a new space, world, environment…
I’ve been drawn to this forum mainly because of the lovely discussions on here and I am sure you all will be of great help.
No rush though I’m open to suggestions especially in lovely places like Edmonton or nice places with lots of different nationalities…. Think I’ve poured enough, I would love to see suggestions from lovely people.
Yours Faithfully
Laura C.

Aww, warm thank you Anne how lovely of you. Hope you’re having a good week?
Well…. I would say both but I’m not greedy hahaha, but I would love to settle down where I would make lovely friends.

Hi Laura - good luck on your quest! Finding a new place can be tricky.....this thread gives some suggestions of things to look for. Remember also if you are moving away from your friends and family that can leave you feeling isolated.
I guess I may need more clues as to what you are aiming at - just a bit of space to potter? Complete isolation and self sufficiency? A community of helpful friends?

Thank you Nancy, your such a darling, so funny.. my sisters name is Nancy lol.
Thanks so much for the luck, I could really use it at the moment. Lots of things falling apart at this old shack, so a new environment could really do me good. Well for starters I would love a place with helpful loving friends, not really looking for self isolation, a bit of some 1900s vibe and lots of greens, I love gardening.
I would love to get a feedback from you Nancy, hopefully I could get my dream place with your knowledge.
