They want $1M. I wonder if the bills to refurbish it could be kept down to another $1M with a bunch of sweat-equity. For sake of fantasizing, let's call it $2M. The place can apparently house 40 people. So 40 people, each with $50K just need to get together.

The article doesn't say how much land it comes with, but there must be enough, right? Seems like a pretty swank commune.
