Propaganda by the Seed is my favorite podcast right now.

They talk about specific plants with a sustainable / stewardship / permaculture lens, and a constellation of other related topics.

If I have the history right, Propaganda by the Seed started after Aaron Parker was a guest on Tim Holland's Solecast podcast a few times and they decided to start a plant-nerd podcast together. Then half way through the currently extant run, Tim decided to bail and Aaron keeps it running on his own. The principals have an anarchist-left political stance which sometimes, but not like always, comes up in an episode so if that's going to be traumatic for you, this probably isn't your jam.

Aaron also runs Edgewood Nursery

You can find it at some of the normal podcast hubs like Apple, or go right to their site: https://edgewood-nursery.com/podcast
