My urban homestead for sale

We need to move because of a new job. We have an urban homestead of 2 1/2 acres with lots of wild edibles, wooded flood plain, a fenced organic veggie garden and 17 chickens in a fenced chicken yard with a chicken "coop-de-ville" (a nicely insulated coop built into the garage). Thank you, Judith! The property is in NW Ohio so I suppose that Midwest USA would be the appropriate regional forum(?).

I will add the extensive details right away (hopefully I will be able to figure out how to add the photos that I have).

Because we owe more on the mortgage than what the home is listed for, this will have to be a bank-approved “short sale” which means that it will take a few months for the sale to close.

As you can see, the house has hard wood floors. The kitchen has under-floor heating under the ceramic tile. There is a sliding glass door in the kitchen that leads to the deck.
