BREAKING: Home Depot has started giving out free training to Americans who want to work in HVAC, carpentry, electricity, & construction.

The classes are self-paced and students will earn certifications they can use on their resumes.

THIS IS AWESOME!



It will be conventional construction, which I have problems with at best, but it's possibly worth looking into.

This is a great idea, especially since there seems to be a 'world shortage' of trades-persons.  I really hope that it's not some misguided original poster trying to be smart.  Worth enquiring about with Home Depot in any case.

seems legit. the list of programs does involve HVAC, plumbing, welding, etc.
Obviously, self study only goes so far, but for the homesteader/tinkerer/etc, could be useful.
