First of all, Happy New Year to my fellow Permies and the big guy himself.
.
Secondly, mainly? I know Paul and friends have brought numerous successful Kickstarter projects to the masses. But I am wondering if a membership drive might be an idea?
.
I know we don't want to have too many of "those people" clogging the forums. (Just kidding, I am probably one of those people.)
But you know how useful and enjoyable the posts of Permies are, how many people have you actively shared the posts and ideas with? I confess, for myself it's not many. Occasionally I will be reading somewhere online, and offer permies as a great place for additional information and comadery.
.
What if, in addition to other new Kickstarter projects, we each actively invited friends and family to permies?
Maybe Paul already has something that he's used?

Yes, yes, YES! Spread the word! Let's infect the world with permaculture!

Previous threads for some ideas:
https://permies.com/t/29500/share-Permies-friends-Social-Media
https://permies.com/t/48759/Helping-Paul-Wheaton

I think Paul is putting a lot of effort into youtube at the moment, so following and liking his videos there really helps spread the word too: Paul's youtube channel

Be relevant and drop appropriate permies threads into conversation or social media posts, of course don't be spammy though.

It's a beautiful day in this neighborhood - Fred Rogers. Tiny ad:
