Can you clarify your question a bit? I'm not aware of any biological role for titanium, and I just checked to see if any metalloenzyme that contains titanium was recently discovered. Nope.
Titanium is rather common in nature, mostly as the oxide TiO2. But it is going to be even more inert in biological systems than SiO2. At least there are critters that use silica to make shells for themselves (diatoms). If an animal takes in any TiO2, it is probably going to pass it unchanged. Unless it is in the lung, in which case I'm not sure how you cough it up.

I can't point you in any other direction than what Michael has already said, just cough it up.
If you were around titanium being machined, any fine particles or dust oxidized to TiO2 long before you breathed them in, and once oxidized, the titanium is quite inert to further chemical reaction.
