There is an interesting article about canning fish in the July/Aug 2010 issue # 107 for Backhome Magazine.    If anyone out there has any advise or comments on canning fish, I would greatly appreciate hearing them.

use wide mouth pints otherwise its near impossible to get outa the can after cooking.
gma used to can trout near every time we brought some home we never had to buy tuna
