Looking for a good source for uncommon berry bushes such as goumi, honeyberry, saskatoon, jostaberry. Any help is appreciated.

Where abouts in the world are you located?

Permies has a global presence so that information may help folks give you a better tailored answer.

There are a handful of nurseries that ship berry bushes if you look through the Permies Seed and Nursery Review Grid. There are reviews from other permies located in these threads so you have an idea of what you may expect doing business with any of those listed.

If you want uncommon berry bushes, I've got your list. If these sellers don't have it, it probably isn't for sale commercially and you'll need to hit the forums (like https://growingfruit.org or here on Permies) and see if you can talk someone into sharing/selling something they're growing to you.

Careful, too much time spent on these sites can be damaging to your bank account.
