A countertop sheet-metal rocket stove?

I saw this image online in my wanderings and (finally!) hunted down the original reference at http://www.miprensacr.com/region-centroamericana-casi-20-millones-de-centroamericanos-usan-la-lena-como-fuente-de-energia-para-cocinar (or go to http://www.miprensacr.com and search "estufas"). You can translate the article from Spanish to English if you paste the web page URL into translate.google.com.

And, an Ecofogon with an oven.

Are these really rocket stoves?
