I did an article some time ago for Suite101 on a Seasonal Cherry Pie from scratch that didn't need lemon as the acid. When they altered their format (several times) in the last year or so, they removed the ability to show more than a single picture of the process along with the recipe. While I might be pulling my articles from there over to my own blog now that Suite101 will no longer be paying on the views received on their site, I figure everyone here might enjoy seeing the delicious cherry pie pictures.

Which ends with the delicious reward! With the love of pie here, surely at least a few people will appreciate these pictures.

Mmmm, pie porn...
That crust looks fantastic!
Pictures are lovely, but please sir, can I have the recipe?

Not exactly cherry season, but there's plenty of apples around.

Here you go. Fair warning, the links may disappear if I end up removing them from Suite101. If I do, however, then they will be relocated to my own blog found in my signature.

The Crust I use for most pies.

The process of making this pie in particular.
