I did an article some time ago for Suite101 on a Seasonal Cherry Pie from scratch that didn't need lemon as the acid. When they altered their format (several times) in the last year or so, they removed the ability to show more than a single picture of the process along with the recipe. While I might be pulling my articles from there over to my own blog now that Suite101 will no longer be paying on the views received on their site, I figure everyone here might enjoy seeing the delicious cherry pie pictures.

Not exactly cherry season, but there's plenty of apples around.
