I wish I'd posted this earlier -- the kickstarter only has seven hours left. But I'm always on the lookout for ways to avoid plastic in my kitchen. Usually that means glass, which can break and make a big mess. So I guess I'm going to try a batch of this stuff out and see how we like it.
