Wondering if anyone has this book. It looks really good! Would appreciate any info.. Can't find in local book store. Any comparable books out there for forest farming, discussing different income streams etc?

Thank you

I'm on Ken Mudge's list serv for shiitake growers which has been handy: MUSHROOMS@list.uvm.edu.

I think a book promo here would be great.
