Big changes to the Southern Appalachian Herbs podcast!

Show 309: Anemone

You asked me, and I have done it. For years, people have requested a video version of the podcast. I never really understood why anyone wanted to see my face. But, as of this week, The Southern Appalachian Herbs podcast now has a video version on youtube.  The audio version remains unchanged and will still be available on your favorite podcasting platform.

Thanks for keeping the podcast. I can put a podcast on and get stuff done in the garden. YouTube wants me to actually watch it. If the screen is minimized, away goes my program.

Same here, audio only for anything I want to listen to while I'm actually in the garden. The moment it's video I end up in a chair watching instead of getting anything done.

I love having the option of either, and the long term potential of the videos, though. They give you the chance to show the details of the herbs that can be difficult to visualize only through oral description. Video also gives the opportunity to share by doing, not merely describing your process. Each has its place.
