Hi Steve,
I have a neighbor with a huge oak tree. Squirrels plant them in my yard and they grow into oak trees. I don't have enough room to keep them, so I am planning on guerrilla planting them out in parks and on rivers when I go canoeing, or just offering them to friends. I also go mushrooming in the fall. My question is, do you have any experience or ideas about replanting these black oak trees out in other places, perhaps with a spore broth to see if they will grow edible mushrooms?
Thanks,
John S

Apparently this is a great book for learning all about Mycorrhizal Fungi, but at $300+ a pop I haven't bought a copy yet!
I wonder what is better - spore broth or liquid mycelium culture?

Why am I so drawn to cherry pie? I can't seem to stop. Save me tiny ad!
