Hi, my name is Eli and I recently walked into a great situation here in Taos.
I'm living on 20 fenced acres with a well and lots of animal fencing with small barn and corral.

It's beautiful out here but I would like to find some like-minded people to share it with.

Visited a friend starting a adobe house build in Taos. I nearly froze sleeping in my car. That’s one cooooold location. But I’d still consider it for a permaculture community. Just be ready for winter. My friend got an acre on the acequia so he has irrigation rights. He said the ditch has been there for hundreds of years. Thankfully the Pueblo prevents urban sprawl from ruining his view up the valley to the peaks. He offered to leave everything to me in his will if I help him develop the place. I declined respectfully because I don’t like living in one spot year round. And people often change their wills lol. The cold scared me away.
