I like the aircrete technique. I have checked the website. What surprised me are the numbers:
They say that from 90 lb bag of cement they make a volume of 40-50 Gal of aircrete. On the other hand 90 lb of cement will make exactly 36 Gal of 3000 PSI concrete, so not much less. Nonetheless I like it, because it can create beautiful structures and may reduce or eliminate formwork. Form preparation is very labor intensive, especially if the ready forms are not available for rental.
