Rhonda, we are planning to do multiple locations, but our flagship location will be in North Eastern Oklahoma in the Ozark Foothills or what is called "the Oklahoma green country." Very unregulated, green, and hilly. The
water is pure and the land is clean, over 1000 acres which is only for off-grid and sustainable building and agriculture (only kind that will be occurring there).
The community is a "Christian Exodus Project" which is a ministry of Christ the King Fellowship (The church) in partnership with the
local property owner who will also be a member of the community. The community is a Christian community and is operated by the heads-of-households and the ordained elders (ministry team) of the church and is governed by biblical rules and common-sense. The community is called "The Jesus Village at Haven Springs."
Please go through our vetting questions on our new website for the community here:
https://jesusvillage.org/get-involved.html
After your complete the vetting, you will then be scheduled for a phone interview with one of the men from our ministry team for the personal interview, after which there is only one or two more steps, which after completing successfully, will result in you being offered an opportunity to join the
project and buy/or receive a lot in the village.
P.S.
We still plan, as part of our longer-term goals, to build communities in the Caribbean and still have active connections there (especially in Dominica); however, one thing at a time right now until God blesses us with more team members and funds.
The main site is here, which will tell you more about what we are about:
https://jesusvillage.org/index.html
We have some pictures on the location and team tabs (we plan on adding more in next few months), but the "goals" really tell you about our core mission points.
Our old site is still being used, but will be made into a group blog later this year:
