I wondered why i never saw a Stirling do anything (except putter and reciprocate).

Good thought there Tel... you just open a window on a shady side and pull cool air in by the hot air moving out. You would need to pull off the heat output ducting and duct it outside in the summer.

You might also figure a way to use it for hot water or food dryer maybe even a solar oven.
