You got the 4-video digital download.  The proper support thread is here:  https://permies.com/t/58394/Wood-Heat-Digital-Download-Scubbly  -- note that there are techniques in that thread where you could solve this quickly with nothing more than your email address.

So far we have received dozens of requests from people wanting to know why they have not received anything.   So far, the dominant answer has been "we just put it in the mail yesterday - you have to give the post office a chance to get it to you."

So at this point in time, I think the best thing to do is to wait.  I suspect that 95% of the support questions we get will be resolved by waiting.   So please have a wee bit of patience.

Reply just in from our shipping service and email with tracking number, etc., sent to you David. We're showing the DVDs were delivered.

Ernie and Erica are here now.  They said that the #1 problem they had with shipping their book is that the book would be delivered, but a spouse would put the book on a shelf somewhere.  Since the buyer never saw the box or book, the buyer would write to find out what happened.   After days of research, the spouse angle would be discovered.

So it is now January and I have still yet to receive my dvds

Thank you much I would imagine it was a bit overwhelming with all the changes. Sorry about the attitude last night it was late when I realized I was months behind.

Have not received my DVDS and while I did receive the email for digital downloads did not take advantage of that option.

I have looked up your account.  I see that you supported our kickstarter and selected the reward of "all four videos as digital download".

I think you should exercise the digital download option while it is still available.  I think it will only be available a few more days.

I believe I have not received them.
How do I check what I supported?

I get about 300 emails a day, so I may have missed it.
What words would be in the subject line or who would have sent it?

It seems that you found our emails that we sent you asking you to tell us how you wanted your name to appear on certain things.  

Look for the word "download"

Better yet, I just now set you up with the new digital download of the 8-DVD set.  You should have received an email.  Of course, that was kinda part of the thing to figure out:  are our emails getting to you?
