Ashley Johnson : Your Title for this
thread is a little confusing ! As are your total water requirements, If we had your Location and number of people in your family unit
we might be able to help your needs.
If you are going the
humanure composting route and recirculating
urine be haps deleted with a worm/or
compost tea your water needs are very simple! Otherwise you
will be stealing about 1 gallon of grey water a flush to feel with this plumbing issue!
There are many types of shallow holding ponds or lagoons stocked with aquatic plants like reeds rushes, and cat tails that are very effective in filtering the grey water
as it runs from pool to pool, most good systems try to include mini waterfalls to add oxygen into the flow but even with a 3 tank system with your water being filtered
all 3 times you do not have to have much of a drop in elevation at the end of your Grey water filtration and collecting system. this will be important when you have to
re-pump the water up to a holding tank at your Airstream ! Here is a place where as simple a unit as a pair of
solar powered bilge pumps with battery back up could
each lift the water half way to your final tank !
If necessary, part of the final water could be re-pumped back to the 1st reed bed tank following days of heavy use! Careful siting of this landscaping feature could
produce a mini-climate condition with some solar gain in standing water temperatures ! You will be the final judge of how well your system works, and the uses your
final product can be put to!
Depending on Orientation to the sun, location, number of sunny days (late afternoon early evening are prime use times !) You
should have shower temperature water
most of the time* using sunlight to directly heat the water!
Trying to use a solar PV system to turn light
energy into electricity,
store the electricity and then use that electricity to heat up an electrical heating
element to heat water for showers or any purpose, contains so much lost energy at every step to make trying to run any resistance wire heating system a non-starter.
Lights and electrical motors and computers and entertainment certainly within the limits of your system !
Your total amps use expected seems little high, but there is much about your situation we Don't understand.

solar power with less knowledge than you, his take one bite at a time
approach should give him a final project result that he understands!

Finally, so that you don't miss it there is a good discussion on water temperature safety /shower safety added onto the Thread at the end that needs to be shared with
Everyone, not just the D.I.Y. / Solar enthusiast !

Final note : when your PV system is cranking out maximum power, and your batteries are toped-off that is the best time to splurge a little
and use that electricity, go ahead and use a microwave Good Luck, and Good hunting For there Crafts ! Big AL
