Hi all,

I may have an opportunity to purchase 35 acres of raw land near Waynesboro, TN. Don't ask me anything about the property ... this is a "friend of a friend" situation and I haven't actually seen the place yet. I've been doing as much research online as I can, but there's nothing like talking to someone who lives there. Is anyone familiar with the area? Do you love it, hate it, or something in between? Can you share the good, the bad, and the ugly?

Any help is appreciated.

My sister lives there. I have been there once.
Nice looking area though.
Around there they have a lot of chicken farms and also grow tobacco. So I am not sure what has been grown on old land.
There have been a lot of immigrants around from what she told me.
But that is about all I know.
