I am looking for some one to help me design a 10 acre property in Longview Washington. Is there someone out there close enough to call. I'm also looking for a design course that will not interject religon of any kind, this includes mother gaia. I hope I spelled that right. I just want to learn the sience of permaculture. Please forgive the spelling. Is there any help.

Hi John,
If I were you, I would go to google and write "portland permaculture" and you could get in touch with the myriad of groups that exist there. As you're not so far away, I'm sure someone would be interested in coming out to your place. They would also know of courses that could interest you.

Just a sampling of what i found.

Ps:

Ted is from Woodland, not far from you. Try and PM him to see what's going on in your area.

I took Geoff Lawtons Online PDC and it was free of religion and the purple parts of permaculture as well.

It has a great initial content and then a TON of Q&A videos and forum information

Me too.
If you want a great course that you can do from your own home, I would highly recommend the Geoff Lawton course. The cost is pretty average (not exceptionally high or low), so that's another good aspect.
