How to cook chicken and eggs

I just published my latest article, "How to cook delicious Chicken (and eggs): My Family's Story of 25 Recipes in 7 days"




I did this for a couple of reasons:

1. I wanted to showcase an extensive variety of delicious dishes in a short amount of time.
2. I wanted to figure out which dishes I might feature in my upcoming film, "Permaculture Chickens".

I cover everything from steaming eggs (yes steaming. It's much easier to peel farm fresh eggs when they're steamed) to Paleo BBQ pizza.

My favorite is to just add a freshly gathered egg to my morning smoothy.

There are tears of profound joy running down my face as I eat my first steamed egg. My life will never be the same.

Seriously though, I am finally able to achieve truly soft boiled eggs that do not simply disintegrate into glop when I try futilely to peel them. This actually is kind of life-changing, since I have fiddled for years with trying to strike a balance between a peel-able egg and one with a yolk soft enough to be appealing, and all the tricks with cold water and vinegar and small holes, etc. have never worked. Thank you so much!
