I just realized today that I hit my 200th apple sometime within the past few days! I am of course referring to my virtual apples on permies. anywhoo, I have a neighbor's apple tree that drops loads of apples in my yard so I make apple sauce with them and so I made another batch tonight to celebrate my 200th apple!

it only made enough for this one jar - but hey - it was free!

also, those are squash seeds drying so i can save em. and that's some sleepy time tea that has a cheesy quote on the paper tea bag thing: "grace brings contentment" I don't usually like the word contentment because to me it implies stagnation - but sometimes I don't mind just being happy and content with my homemade applesauce for a minute.

Hopefully I join you soon, Cassie. Including all the apples I have to turn into something. That sauce you made looks amazing.
