we are a family of 4, kids 2 and 6, looking to buy 10-50 acres on the Quimper Peninsula, ie Port Townsend down to Quilcene. Chimacum is our preferred location, if there are water rights. But open to any and all suggestions. Also open to taking over an established farm over time. Any suggestions please send them our way.

possibly open to land partnership with the right folks. Thanks

Well, a relative moved out of that penninsula about 10 years ago due to a well moratorium.
The area is in a rain shadow, and now has more users for water, than water.
Make sure there is a well and it is sanctioned.

I have 5 acres could be expanded to 7.5 with field lot that is separate. The link is in my signature. This is in the center of Puget Sound on the Key Peninsula. Less rain shadow and further from the cold blasts from the Fraser River valley.
