Red-fleshed apples, especially ones good for cider, are a special interest of mine. Here's a list I've made of all the varieties I know of that are pink to red fleshed. The parenthetical description notes, for those varieties that have proprietary rights associated with them, where I learned about them. They may not be available to the general permies, or may not be licensed for reproduction. Hocking Hill Orchard (four season cabin in my list) has another good list of red-fleshed apples. What other varieties can I add to the list?

That's a heck of a list!

One of the two prominent apple orchards on near-to-me Saltspring Island has around 14 red-fleshed varieties listed on their site: http://www.appleluscious.com/orchard/

Comparing this to your list, looks like most of them are already there, but I don't see 'Burgundy' or 'Pink Pearl'. His site also states that Hidden Rose from your list is AKA Aerlie Red Flesh, which you list separately.

I have a modern red fleshed Apple called Redlove Era. I think it was developed in Switzerland. I think they have developed several Redlove brand apples.
