Liberator Rocket Stove Experience?

Has anyone used a Liberator Stove, manufactured in Missouri?  If so, could anyone share their experience with it, if there are any issues with it,  and whether or not it's a good value?

There's a whole long thread titled "building code compliant ... Rocket stove" in the Rocket stove forum.  There's even a video of a guy doing an evaluation.  I'm hoping to come up with the money for one before winter hits too hard.
