Howdy all!

I'm selling a small home in Encampment, Wyoming (7,300' elevation/zone 4) with tons of permaculture possibilities. It is just under 1/2 acre with a 2 bedroom, 1 bath 840 sq. ft. home. It has a slight slope and the best part--Encampment has unlimited, untreated irrigation water that  only costs about $10 per year! Really!  To see more about the house, I'm adding a Craigslist link: https://wyoming.craigslist.org/reo/5866396567.html  It is listed under "Angler's Dream"

Were you able to grow many things there? What kind of garden did you have?

Such a beautiful area!  And a nice house!  I can see lots of permie potential.
