FREE HMI Land Planning Design Work

Hey Y'all:

I am currently enrolled in this course through Holistic Management International:

I need a property to design but do not have one of my own that I am living on. I am currently a city dweller living in a 3/4 acre plot and without a car. So I need a property to practice what I am learning on to have a finished plan to get my certificate for the class.

Where do you come in?

If you have land or are working on some that you wouldn't mind someone else doing some simple planning with I would love to chat. This isn't some scheme to get people's identities I just need information and a Google image of a property for the time being and I imagine some follow up information from there that I am sure is going to be pretty simple.

So if anyone is interested please let me know in this thread. If it works for both of us I'll gladly hand you off any plans that I finish the class with for free.

I am almost ready to have my 75 acre piece of land designed by Gerardo, a regenerative agriculture teacher n designer, and business partner. we will be running animals there (most likely sheep to start out) and will need some help with the animal part of the equation as he is not an expert in that field (yet).
If you are looking for a property that you can work on online I am happy to give you the coordinates or a google earth map of the current state and in a month or so the masterplan for the land.

However, it is in central Mexico. Now if that is no problem, let me know. You might be able to do some real colaboration with Gerardo, the designer, if you are interested. And when we are in process of building and living there, you will certainly be a guest of honor or can even become a colaborator.

Location: 40 min. drive from San Miguel de Allende or Guanajuato, 15 mins. from Dolores Hidalgo

Hello,
We have 40 acres in Eastern Washington with info on here and I can provide Google maps plus more information. We will be on the property here in a few weeks for about 4 days. It is a medow running up to the top of a ridge line. Has a large pond, about 3/4 forested with two roads. We plan to move there in about 6 years.
