After years of stalled projects,my recent hard won victory over the city has reinvigorated my rocket stove madness.
My summer was stolen, taken up with fighting multiple departments of making you sad.
Lucky for me, I found a friend on the inside.
Actually, the rusting hulk of a failed rocket stove was one signpost that alerted my fellow traveler that I was more than a junk crazed horder.

Anyway, here is some of what I've been up to:

Unfinished clay and perlite core

Old core. New mold. Clay pipe feed will be cooled by water jacket. Rapid Set, perlite, coal slag abrasive, rock wool mixes will fill gaps

BBQ lid with stone wool and threaded rod

Mesh will hold screen and insulation in place.

1/6 ratio of Rapid Set to perlite.

I've fired both cores, one ran backwards😶😏, too much insulation in the wrong place, not enough water cooling.

The other one cracked,badly.
I ran it after it had been out in the rain😂
No regrets, like I told myself,if not now when?
Failing faster,ya' know?

My connection is too slow right now,to up load video.
