It sounds like what you have here is akin to stored urine, anaerobic, high nitrogen with no oxygen equals ciliates and other anaerobic loving organisms (which most of these love to eat good bacteria and fungi).
As has been mentioned you need to get oxygen into this liquid, three days of heavy aeration should switch it over to good bacteria production, if you add a bag of good compost to this then you have increased the ability of producing good bacteria growth.
Once you have it going strong, you can use it for watering the soil or you can add it to a working compost heap with no fears of doing harm to what you add it to.
