i continuously see programs and advertisements to KILL BUGS..even on some of the most natural and homesteading type forums and from magazines and books written by horticulturists and organic people..etc.

it just makes me so sad !!

Yes, those adds for "natural insecticides" 

Personally I avoid anything with the word "cide" in the name, if possible!
