... in dialectical German, sorry.

I realize that the audience for this will be somewhat limited, but here it is anyway:

Sepp Holzer speaking in Hannover, April 2011
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QeTBS2dvqsc

Among the topics discussed during this Q&A (they'd shown the old film about him before that) were the current state of the spruce monoculture
on the opposing hillside, his Cassandra work warning about fire risks in La Palma, constructing a Kratergarten, his giant projects and the big
reception he received in Russia, segueing into an explanation of his variety of Hochbeet conctruction, as opposed to a Hügelbeet.
He also talks about potatoes as an IQ test for farmers, surveying a landscape from a plane, and how to build dams that'll create a freezer effect in the summer, with your trout and sturgeon swapping places in the wintertime.

This video is in German, so monoglot's like me would be advised not to get too excited about it.

You watched an hour long video for three words? Paul we knew that you were obsessed, but that might be an unhealthy level of obsession.

The name's Michael; thanks anyway.
And yes, the video is in German; I already apologized for that
