It's been cool and raining here in Tennessee the last couple days. I went out to check my shiitake logs and they fruited, and I think I'm maybe a day late. Most of the mushrooms are heavy and wet, so I wiped the dirt and bugs off of them and put them in the dehydrator to see if I can rescue them. Three are nice and don't feel water logged and will be a part of tonights supper.
