When i made the new road - extending "submarine access road" - it cut through complexity trail.  Ruining the trail.  Making it pretty impassible.  So a few days ago I moved some rocks around to make it less bad.  I mentioned to the boots that if i had two buckets of gravel, i could make it passible.  Two days ago, four buckets of gravel appeared next to my crappy fix, so i did some quickie mending and ...

I am supposed to put in a bunch of steps each day for a certain duration at a certain pace.  It is working, so i am gonna keep trying.  Some days I am better than others.

If I go to the caldera twice a day, that's about right.

This is Hans the posture Pain Specialist guy.  I have not chatted with you about this since the Je;;y donut in you neck exploded.  That may still be involved because the middle of the neck is supposed to move side to side with each step an I expect that is limited.  However getting walking to become more efficient needs understanding to observe as you do it.  First muscles do not push they only pull. Therefore pushing yourself forward is inefficient.  We are designed to walk with utmost efficiency by letting gravity supply 90% of the power.  Walking efficiently is a controlled forward fall. With each step grip the ground with your toes and pull yourself forward.  try to go forward far enough that the ankle bends far enough to trigger the bending of the knee to pick that leg up as you put the other down.  The spine rotates at the bottom of the ribs and middle of the neck to put your head and center of gravity over the foot as you put it down to control the forward fall.  There you go walking with minimum energy expended and I know  that is important to you.

I think you are suggesting that i might be walking wrong?

As far as my spinal cord comedies from 2016:  I learned some physical therapy stuff to mitigate that.  And as long as i do it regularly, my problem seems to take a back seat.

Further ...   and this is a bit weird ...   I had five big health comedies each year for several years, which my before life was loaded with zero comedies.  And then the-big-comedy ...   I made a lot of powerful changes  ...   and i haven't had a cold, or flu or the other comedies since.  I do have two issues I am wrestling with that are tiny compared to all the others.  But I have hope that those will be resolved soon.  In other words, my health today is healthier than ten years ago.  And the stuff from ten years ago was pretty much all chalked up to "getting older."    But this is not the place to talk about this stuff.  Bringing this stuff up publicly just always manages to turn into a shit show.  So it is all behind a paywall now https://permies.com/wiki/219079

it is too early for sunchokes, so we harvested a pile and cooked them up last night to be super crunchy.  We expect to get lots of comedy.

And then we will put a bunch in the freezer and try again.

Experimenting!
