Has anyone read "Country Life: A Handbook for Realists and Dreamers" by Paul Heiney? I have not read it yet but it looks worthwhile. Here is a link to it: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ISBN/0789419912/rs12-20

It looks suspiciously like "Home Farm: A Practical Guide to the Good Life" to me.  I did have a copy, not sure if it made the move with us.  I might have to brave the study to see if there's enough room in there to rummage...
