Howdy.
due to dental issue, i have two teeth which keep me from being able to chew for now.
Looking to expand my tiny present daily diet, after decades of foods which have made
my body very seriously ill.
also just found out i have MTHFR mutation, yet just beginning to explore my mutant self to find
out what various mutations i have.
Present limited elimination diet has been:
Local Goat milk
Local Duck and hen eggs, loosely 'scrambled' with ghee, coconut oil, olive oil.
'smoothie' of Naked Goat Whey, banana, and Gynostemma tea.
(i know most protein powders are not considered paleo, this is just what i can do for now...)
Aroy-d coconut cream. creamed with almond, vanilla and stevia.
just beginning the Paleo adventure and would truly appreciate
your wisdom and input.
have just begun to consume New Zealand Grassfed Bovine freeze dried and desiccated:
heart.
brain.
thymus
adrenals
bone marrow
trachea cartilage
liver
will be adding bovine organs blend this month.
