Hi everyone;  😊

In a natural ventilation system (canadian/provençal well), what is the best way to make a natural filter in order to avoid the entry of dust, particles, etc...🤔 🙄 It would make no sense to have air renovation if we were not able to have a clean air... 🤨

Thakns!!!

Hello Patricia!

Indoor air cleaning polycultures and air filtering plants might be helpful.

There was a previous discussion on natural ventilation that does talk about air filters some.

Another thing that comes to mind is to do something like what Maxwell Myers did with a cheap $30 air filter, and perhaps you could use some type of cloth as a filter instead of using the store-bought air filters. Depending on your exact situation, a windbreak of trees or shrubs by the roads could help decrease air pollution, and noise as well.

Hi David! 🙂

Thank you for your reply! Well, the air quality itself will not be a problem!, the intention is really only for any dust or other particles that may enter in the conducts!, i was thinking on using/creating a moss filter, but this options could choke the air flow...🤔🙄 as alternative we have also the Activated Carbon Filter but honestly..., i would rather a greener solution 🤨 😕
