Started with some leftover board from another project and a length of 3/4" dowel. It's about big enough for some chisels.
Paul goes on a lot about the hostility he witnesses with respect to kitchen activities that other cultures simply do not have any trouble with. I like to imagine if we could all learn to get along in the kitchen better, a lot of problems would be solved.

It's a message that is very personal. It's usually a happy thing thing to say *I* don't need all this money, but when someone says *YOU* don't need all that money, it's highly subject to misinterpretation. You would first need develop an iron clad moral character and live by example.

Even a "good" career decision can turn bad in 5-10 years. Ya can't walk through the same river twice.
Agree that in the face of concerns about future employment, grand commitments to education stop making sense. At the same time, education has never been more accessible online.
I started with a couple of boards approximately 4' long x 11 3/4" wide x 3/4" thick. Four cuts made the 6 boards I used for the box. The box is held together with screws for hardwood cabinetry so I think that's why they dig in to the soft wood. The wood is a little warped, so the thin nails I tried at first did not hold it together very well. I added one handle.

The interior dimensions of the box are approximately 15" x 11" x 10.5", or 1 cubic foot, and it will be used as storage under my workbench.

Here's a video of me putting in the handle with an old bit brace

Sorry to bring this back up again. It looked for a moment like I was able to edit the post to embed the video in question, but now it it's back to not having the video!

I'm wondering about the message displayed at the bottom: "This message was edited 8 times. Last update was at 1 day ago by Rob Irwin" I don't think it's a problem with my video link. Could my edit be sitting in some admin's approval queue?

I can see the post is successfully edited several times.

Can you describe more what didn't work looks like so we can see if it's an error on our end or a need to improve a tutorial?

(How permies works in my signature will take you to a luscious list of tutorials)

Yeah when I uploaded the video in Youtube Studio, it has a little copy button here

I understand now that only the url with "/watch?v=" will work in the embed, not the shorts URL from Youtube Studio. I thought I tried that at some point when I was tinkering with the post, but oh well it's working now

does this embed the video? youtube gives me a "shorts" url by default, so maybe if I manually change it to the /watch?v= ....
