Make a water filter - plumbing.straw.canisterfilter PEP BB

This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEP curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the straw badge in Plumbing.

In this Badge Bit, you will build your very own water filter.  This one will have filter elements or canisters, kind of like a Berkey.  Clean water is awfully nice, let's build a filter!

To complete this BB, the minimum requirements are:
  - build a gravity feed water filter contraption that holds at least 2 gallons of filtered water
  - you can buy the filter cartridges but make the rest of the contraption

To show you've completed this Badge Bit, provide proof of the following as pics or video (less than two minutes):
  - the parts you're starting with along with evidence of the 2 gallon capacity
  - the contraption partially constructed
  - the finished filter contraption
  - colored water going in (beet juice, dirty water, etc)
  - clean water coming out
