This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEP curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the straw badge in Homesteading.

For this BB, you will be building a corner brace for a fence!

Here is a related video:

To document your completion of the BB, provide the photos or video (<2 min) of the following:
 - the materials you are startign with
 - part way through the build
 - the finished corner brace for a fence

The Hügelkultur I built recently is located within a pasture my cattle graze, so I am building a fence to keep the cattle off the Hügelkultur. I don't want them eating everything I planted! The only thing I purchased for these braced fence corners was twelve 12" spikes, everything else is reused materials including 4 used spikes, the upright posts, the brace fence wire, and gate hinges was all reused materials from the Remove 100 ft of unwanted fencing BB and the cross horizontal posts, gate, and staples were from the Clean up messes made by prior owners BB. The brace wire twister stiffener is simply a piece of Western Red Cedar tree limb.

Reused fence wire from bone yard for brace wire.

Reused posts from bone yard for corner posts.
