Create a Labor Investment Collective - PEP BB community.straw.lic

The minimum requirements for this BB are:
 - create an LIC (labor investment collective)
 - 6 more points if the LIC lives on past your contributions
 - Requires understanding that there may be a large “flake out” factor
 - at least three artifacts are created (one for you)
    - Must be for a BB
 - Artifacts are relatively similar for each participant
 - at least six people participate
 - You put in at least 40 hours of work on the projects (in total)
 - BBs can be completed through a LIC
    - as long as you do all parts of the BB throughout the course of the LIC to show you have learned all the skills
    - Pics of each LIC site showing you’re doing all the tasks at some point
 - examples
    - each person contributes six months to helping others build homes and then gets back six months of people helping to build their home
    - each person contributes one month to helping others build a berm shed and gets back one month of others helping to build a berm shed
