Make a picture frame - PEM BB dimensional.sand.pictureframe

This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEM curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the sand badge in Dimensional Lumber Woodworking.

A nice beginner woodworking project is a picture frame.  You can highlight a pretty piece of wood or craft a frame that's just the right size for your art.  Let's get woodworking!

Minimum requirements:
  - Make a wooden picture frame
  - Needs to include splines in the corners

Provide proof of the following as pictures or video (<2 min):
  - The wood you're starting with
  - Midway through building the frame
  - The finished picture frame
