This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEM curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the sand badge in Homesteading.

Homesteads often involve critters.  Either keeping them in or keeping them out.  Fences are a pretty good way to keep things out.  If you can get your hands on pallets, you can turn them into fences.  Let's build a simple pallet fence!

Here's one way to do it:

Minimum requirements:
  - Use heat treated pallets to make a 24 foot or longer fence
  - Pallets can be touching the ground
  - If it zig zags or has other self supporting shapes, the "straight line" distance covered needs to still be 24 feet

Provide proof of the following as pictures or video (<2 min):
  - The area where the fence will go
  - The fence under construction
  - Show that the pallets are heat treated
  - Finished fence showing the distance covered
