This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEM curriculum.  Completing this BB is part of getting the sand badge in Traditional Skills.

Willow is a common material for baskets and other woven projects.  Untended willows have lots of branches.  Let's pretend we're a beaver and coppice some wild willows to generate better basket materials in the future!

Here's the general idea:

Minimum requirements:
  - Coppice 10 wild willows that are good candidates for basketry
  - They do not need to be on your land
  - This bb can only use materials that existed 200 years ago

Provide proof of the following as pictures or video (<2 min):
  - The area you're adopting
  - Suitability test using "bend around the finger" method
  - Midway through the coppicing process
  - Completed coppice showing all 10 willows (multiple photos allowed to make it easier on the certifiers)
