Rocket Ovens Physical DVD

I have put in a request with our shipping folks to change the address.  I suspect that we got to it in time.  

We just use the paypal stuff.  When you are processing the paypal stuff, it gives you a chance to change the address - we always figured that was "good enough".   Do you think we need to make changes to our software?

I think the way you're doing it is fine. I'm honestly not sure why it happened the way it did. I did it via the upgrade option, so maybe that is a factor? The second I clicked on upgrade, it went straight to confirmation with no place to change (or indicate) the address on PayPal's end.

Anyway, my default PayPal address was correct when I did the order, but the old address was still in there. I've since removed the old one entirely, so hopefully this won't happen again!

Hi there - I recently ordered your Rocket Ovens DVD for international shipping to Canada. Very excited for it! I was hoping to be able to include with this purchase Daron's unofficial companion guide to this DVD, which he advertises here for $5: https://www.wildhomesteading.com/diy-rocket-oven/ Since I'm not a US resident I wasn't able to add this to my purchase, but was hoping you might be able to? Translated to Cdn Dollars this is pricey for a DVD already, but I am hoping that between it and the companion guide my wife and I will have what we need to know to do this ourselves. I ordered this on the 3rd of Jan and haven't seen anything. Should I have at least gotten a shipping number?

Anyone?  Haven't heard a thing.  Not trying to be impatient, but it's been 2 weeks.  Have I been missed?

I saw the Rocket Oven Kickstarter and live in Greece. I'd like to purchase the full DVD set— is that possible?

Also, I bought the 8x DVD set for building rocket stoves and have two questions:
1. I built a home in Greece designed for a 6" rocket mass stratification central-ducted heating system secondary preheated air from earth tubes. I’m interested in the latest rocket developments, especially about adding a batchbox or vortex system for a longer / hotter burn time. Are these innovations available, and where can I find them?
 
2. I want to cob over my brick couch but don’t know how to extract clay from dirt or feel confident in building the cob layer around my brick couch and rocket core. Any advice?
I found no other avenue to ask questions even through the active staff page.
