I know you are probably so sick of getting notifications from this crazy long support thread, but I just don't think we ever really fully fixed this darn rmh manual pdf problem and I REALLY want to fix it so that I can give away more freebies! If this doesn't get fixed then I can't give away more stuff in fears that it will be broken again like this one..

So.. I am asking you to try this out once again for me, so I can see if it is still broken. I haven't had any complaints via email in a while so I am wondering if the problem has gone away.

just yesterday discovered this great site and registered immediately.

The Download of the RMH annex letter (building instruction )worked just fine.
Unfortunately the Download of the Manual part one (17.3 MB) and part two (6MB) didn't work at all.

When i try to open it directly as well as when i save it, Adobe shows me the Annex letter in both cases.

System: Windows 7, Mozilla, Adobe Reader, same result with Chrome and Explorer

I'm sorry to bring this up again after the last post here was already so long ago.
Is there any possibility to get these two files with e-mail?

Hi, I found you site today and enjoyed learning about the rocket heaters. I was trying to download the RMH manual and each of the links I clicked on downloaded a copy of the Annex PDF. If I right click on the link I do not have an option to save as. I am using windows 10 and tried it with both Chrome and IE. Does anybody know what I am doing wrong?

Before that i tried it just the way, i described in my first post.
Once again: isn't it possible to get that manual by e-mail?

The reason you were getting the annex page both times was because you didn't clear your cookies on your browser before trying to get each one.

What exactly do you mean "it doesn't open at all"?

When I click that link, it takes me directly to the rocket mass heater manual freebie page, that it is supposed to take me to.

Hello I just tried to download the owners manual, but every link goes to the building plans (got 3 of them now).
(i'm not an owner yet i need a couple more days to get mine ready to roar

I'm getting the same thing as above. Trying to download the owner's manual instead downloads the plans for the annex. I have cleared my cookies and that didn't help. Also, as a previous web programmer, you should definitely not have to clear your cookies between downloads. If you'd like some help with this, let me know.

Actually, you don't need to clear your cookies. Once you have entered your email address, you can download any of the freebies until the cookie expires or when it gets cleared.

I had a version error on one of the files. It should now be fixed.
