You got photos of the door?
What kind of bread?
Do your hot gasses wrap around the inner drum before leaving via chimney?

The door is an 55 gal lid.   I don't have a hinge I just put it in place each time with mittens, then on the outside of that I use concrete board.

Bread is moringa bread, I have a recipe.

Yes gases wrap around the inner barrel.

Hi Mart,

I can see that you are very worried about precision measurements when you bake!    Love it! ;-)

Please share the recipe.  I will pass it on to the chief bread maker in the family.   I am sure it would be delicious with our homemade cultured butter. Thanks

BTW, my version of the foam generator should be done tomorrow.  We should be making foam and aircrete by the end of the week.

Sincerely,

Ralph
