I saw this on youtube and it looked neat. Recipe is ruffly half flour/half sweet potato. It has to be soft. Canned or boiled. Many substitutions can be made. Winter squash being one. I may try it with yellow squash or zuchini as i have cans i put up last year.
Put the mush in a bowl. Keep adding flour and kneading til you have a workable dough(not sticky).
After that roll them out and heat in a hot
skillet. They are very pliable. I am looking forward to trying other garden items.
Today they were used for fish tacos.
